Trish Formby trained in Australia and graduated in 1992. She later completed a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Australia before returning to England to work in one of the top physio clinics in London where she was one of the first physiotherapists to integrate Clinical Pilates into manual practice. In 2002 she set up a thriving and well respected practice in Kensington which she sold in 2012 before moving to West Sussex and setting up the Boxgrove Clinic. Trish has always been passionate about diagnosis and a clear treatment pathway based on thorough assessment, pathology, clinical reasoning and the latest research. She enjoys restoring functional movement through manual techniques, rehab and education.

Trish is a keen sportswoman herself and enjoys tennis, skiing, golf, mountain biking, windsurfing and running as well as teaching barre classes and Clinical Pilates.
