Their appointment calendar will appear so you can select your preferred appointment time. Once you have completed your contact form and confirmed your details for us, your appointment will automatically enter our appointments system, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment time.

Cancelling your Appointment

You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a refund which will be issued minus a £10 admin fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, regardless of whether you’re a subscriber or pay-as-you-go patient.
