Our subscriptions service makes access to private GP appointments more affordable, with a monthly payment and savings – plus a 10% reduction on certain services and products. Additional appointments beyond those included in your plan will be charged at £100.

Subscription Terms & Conditions
Named individuals must be provided on sign-up of subscription plan and the plan cannot be transferred. Our subscription rates are valid for a 12-month period from your sign-up date and renew automatically, every 12 months unless cancelled. Appointments must be used within your subscription period and unused time cannot be carried over to the next period.

Home Visits
We offer home visits for a variety of appointments, including:
- GP Consultations
- Physiotherapy
- Phlebotomy
Standard charges for the appointment type will apply, in addition to a call-out fee:
- £100 within a 5-mile radius of the clinic
- £150 within 5–10 miles of the clinic
For visits outside this radius, fees will need to be discussed and agreed with the clinic in advance.

Terms and Conditions of Charges and Appointments
The prices listed above - whether for subscription or pay-as-you-go patients - cover the consultation only.
We do not charge for standard admin tasks such as issuing prescriptions, referral letters, or sick notes as part of a regular consultation. However, extended administrative tasks, such as completing insurance forms, may incur additional charges.
Notes About Prescriptions
- There is no fee for issuing prescriptions during a standard consultation.
- Repeat prescriptions requested without a consultation are £15 (free for subscribers).
- When you take a private prescription to the pharmacy, the pharmacy will charge you separately for the medication, and costs can vary depending on the type and amount of medicine prescribed—it may be higher or lower than standard NHS charges.
