Susannah Devine

Susannah Devine is an experienced Practice Manager with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare management, predominantly within NHS general practice, alongside her experience in private healthcare.

She holds a Level 5 qualification in Practice Management and has extensive experience in the day-to-day management, development and governance of healthcare services.

As Practice Manager at The Oving Medical Clinic, Susannah oversees the day-to-day management and development of the clinic, working closely with the Clinical Directors, clinicians and wider team to ensure the practice operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Her responsibilities include CQC compliance and governance, clinical and operational risk management, policy and procedure development, staff management and training, quality improvement, patient experience and regulatory compliance. She also oversees the clinic’s IR(ME)R compliance and governance.

Susannah has played a key role in the continued development and expansion of the clinic, supporting the introduction of new services, developing effective governance systems and ensuring that appropriate processes are in place to support both patients and clinical staff.

With a practical and collaborative approach, Susannah is committed to patient safety, good governance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, helping to ensure The Oving Medical Clinic continues to provide a professional, safe and patient-centred service.

Outside of work, Susannah enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family, particularly enjoying the ever-growing additions to the family in the form of her grandchildren.
